THE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE GATHER

We gather specific personal data about you. The Personal Information that we gather can come from you directly (for instance, when you create an account to use the app or in any other way give us personal information), from third parties, or it can come from the App itself when you use it. We may gather data for a variety of reasons and in a variety of ways (including those allowed by applicable law).

DATA COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE OR FROM YOU

Your name, ID number, date of birth, gender, educational background, relationship, photo, physical address, email address, working information, marital status, emergence contact, phone number, SIM card details, financial and credit information (including details from your bank account and mobile money account, if applicable), and an Account ID and/or password that you will use to access the App after registration are among the Personal Information you must give us when you register and create an Account with us using the App.

You must give us any pertinent information that we may reasonably need in order for the app to function when using it. For instance, you will provide us with information about payments made through the App's electronic money feature, including the kind of payment card or mobile wallet account used, the name of the account holder, the issuer, the account number, and the amount of money paid.

DATA THAT IS GATHERED EACH TIME YOU USE THE APP OR GO TO OUR WEBSITE

When you use the app or visit our website, we may gather certain technical information about how you use it. This information may include your internet protocol (IP) address, the webpages you have viewed in the past or currently view, the length of each visit or session, the internet device identity (ID) or media access control address, and details about the make, model, and operating system of the device you are using to access the app or website.

Every time you use the app or go to our website, cookies may also be used to automatically gather some information. Cookies are little application files that are kept on your mobile device or computer. In order to improve the user interface and experience, we utilize cookies to track user behavior. The majority of mobile devices and internet browsers allow cookies to be used; however, you can change the settings on either device or browser to prevent some types of cookies or certain types of cookies altogether. You can also remove any previously saved cookies at any time using your mobile device and/or browser. However, doing so can have an impact on the features that the app and our website offer.

We will track and gather your geolocation data in real time each time you use the app on your mobile device. To help us provide you with an improved App experience, you may occasionally be asked to enable the Global Positioning System (GPS) on your mobile device.

In the meantime, while using the app, you will be required to give us technical information about the kind of mobile device you use, its unique device identifier (such as its IMEI number, MAC address, or phone number), information about the mobile network, its operating system, the kind of mobile browser it uses, and its time zone. In addition, we will gather data from your mobile device, such as contact lists, call and SMS logs, Facebook and other social media account information, contact lists from other social media accounts, images, videos, and other digital material.

We gather data from all SMS texts, not simply those pertaining to financial transactions. To be more precise, in order to estimate credit risk, we will gather the sender's name, the transaction's description, and its total amount. This makes loan disbursement ever-faster possible. No private SMS information is tracked, seen, kept, or shared.

In order to improve your credit profile, we compile all of your phonebook contacts, including their names, phone numbers, and contact added dates. This also makes it easier for you to invite friends to use our app or select references for your loan application.

When the application is open in the foreground, we gather your geolocation data. Although we try not to gather your geolocation data when the app is running in the background, it is nevertheless possible for such data to be inadvertently obtained. On your mobile device, you always have the option to temporarily turn off geolocation tracking information. Nevertheless, this can have an impact on the App's functions.
